Features
Enhanced Detailed Search with Collapsible Search Filters
The Detail Search now allows user to collapse enum metadata fields and as well as the media type list. This is particularly helpful if longer enum values have been configured. For more information, please refer to Detailed Search [EM 21.4 UG] .
Smart Update of Collections
If a user is importing a collection of assets, EditMate will now perform a check if it has already been imported and will then only import the newly added assets into Premiere. This improves the collaboration with MediaPortal users.
Configuration of Max Ingest Tasks
EditMate limits the maximum amount of parallel transfer of files to the central storage. While the default value is 8 maximum transfers, the value can be adjusted by an administrator in ConfigPortal in Ingest use case page.
Login in External Browser
In order to allow the user to login, EditMate will redirect to a new opened browser tab, which shows the login screen. If the user is already been granted login (e.g. using MediaPortal) then no further user actions are needed.
