Setting of OUT-markers with worker based VPMS backend

This chapter is only relevant for installations of the MediaLogger that do not use Vidispine, but the Worker based VPMS as data storage: If the worker-based VPMS is used, the OUT-marker is automatically set to the next IN-marker minus one frame. E.g. if there is an event with an IN-point at 00:01:00:00 and a user creates a new event with the IN: 00:00:30:00, the OUT is automatically set to 00:00:59:24 for a 25 frame rate video. In this way MediaLogger prevents overlapping events since this is not supported by worker based VPMS.
