Restricted Content Flag [EM 21.3 UG]

As o 21.3, EditMate now enables the identification and carry over of the metadata field value:

"V3_RestrictedContent".

If a videos has been flagged as restricted, users can then identify it as such based on the fields value. More importantly, if users create a project and sequence after importing a video with said flag, the resulting sequence will also have this value carried over.

Whenever a user initiates the publishing process with restricted material, they will be notified in the publish sequence dialog.
