As a plugin, the Metadata Placeholder offers users a comparison view of existing items which match the intended placeholder's values. These allows for the filtering of existing items based on the metadata.
When at least one metadata field has a specified value, existing items will be searched for that match to provided values. The results list will show the first eight specified metadata fields and display a maximum of 10 search results.
